You are a lawyer who is building or has built their own following and yet you have to endure:
  • Billing targets.
  • Marketing and department meetings.

  • Pay freezes (or cuts) on the basis that the economic climate is bad and you should be lucky to have a job.

We pay you up to 70% on your bills from your clients. You bill £200,000 a year and we will pay you £140,000.

You introduce work to other colleagues in the firm, then you will get paid for that as well. We believe in adding value. Everything we do is measured by this. If you add value to the firm, then you will be handsomely rewarded for this.

Along with working flexibility and great pay we will provide our lawyers with the following support and assistance:
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Invoicing and credit control.
  • Banking and client account facilities.
  • Additional solicitor support.
  • Branding (email, stationary, business cards etc).
  • On-line precedents and knowledge base.
  • Secretarial support.
  • City of London meeting rooms and hot-desking.
  • CPD training.
  • Additional client work as required
